Our only Creed is
The
APOSTLES’ CREED
- Around 52 after JC -
 
 
 
 
 

 


 

I believe in God, Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

 

And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,

 

Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary,

 

Was crucified under Pontius Pilate and was buried;

 

He descended to the dead.

 

On the third day he rose again from the dead,

 

Who ascended into heaven

 

And sits on the right hand of the Father,

 

Whence he comes to judge the living and the dead.
And in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal church,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the flesh,
And the everlasting life.
